Position ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Location: Kormangla, BENGALURU
CTC – Best / As per the Market Standards or Handsome hike Based on current Cost to the Company

JOB Details:- Candidates must have 2- 4 years of experience & Male candidates prefers
Educational Qualification - B Com with Tally preferable.
Salary- As per Industry standard and experience.

Job Description -
➢Regular Accounting includes maintenance of payroll,Working Knowledge on Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables,
➢Working Knowledge on all Indirect Taxes and Direct Taxes like VAT, TDS, SERVICE TAX, and Preparation of Computation and Making Challan and Uploading the Returns within Specified Due Dates,
➢Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly Financial Reports and Presenting it to the Management,
➢ Maintaining of day to day Cash and Bank Transactions on Daily basis Accurately,
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements,
➢Preparation of Final Accounts Statements at the end of the Financial Year and Submitting it to the Required Internal and External users of Business Organization. • AUDITING • Internal audit.
➢Verification of all day to day transactions of Business house whether all the Transactions are Made According to the Accounting Standards given by the ICAI. And Verification of all the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Whether they are properly Accounted and Reconciled
➢ Verification of all Statutory Liabilities Whether they are made According to the Regulations given by the ICAI,
➢ If any Defaults Found in Audit, Preparing the Audit Report and Submitting to the Authorized Management in Financial Department, Stock Audit.
➢ Verification of all Inward and Outwards Stock Records with proper Advices Attached, ➢ Cross Checking PO's with Invoices Raised and Invoices Received whether Material Received or Sent is Same with the Invoices,
➢ verifying all needed records whether the Management has approved for the Material Purchases and Sales for the Business Operations.
➢ Preparation of Stock Report and Take a Notice to the Management If any Defaults or any Excess or Shortage Stock is Found in Audit,
