Invoice Processing.
Making payments to the vendors.
Passing purchase entries in tally.
Coordinating and monitoring day to day transactions like bank, petty cash etc.
Preparation of cash flow statement and MIS report.
Making statutory payments on time.
Calculation of TDS and making payment of the same.
General A/c related work such as preparation of vouchers, record keeping and other accounting transactions.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Making the entries of payments and receipts in Tally and Reconciliation of the same.
Keeping track on monthly expenses.
Proper documentation and filing of account related data.
Preparation of payroll monthly wise.
Other Bank related work.
