Mandatory Skills Sets -
Accounting Softwares: Quickbooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, XERO, MYOB, etc.
US Tax softwares (Optional): Drake, Turbo tax, Go-system etc.

Job Description:
•         Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
•         Make Journal entries if necessary for month-end adjustment
•         Prepare PO, SO, invoices, enter bills, receive payment, and Bill Payment
•         Maintain A/P, A/R, and Inventory balances
•         Bank reconciliations as well as A/P and A/R balance reconciliation
•         Generate financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually
•         Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned
•         Provide professional service to clients in various industries
•         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•         Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once
•         Help junior team members in regular processes
•         Analyse and prepare book/tax differences

Required Skills:
•         Familiar with QuickBooks Online and Desktop at accountant level
•         Exceptional written and oral communication
•         Expert skills with Excel, and able to comprehend financial reports and statements
•         Review financial statements and identify problems. Make necessary changes in books 
•         Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
•         Flexibility in working hours
•         Preferred additional skills (Optional):
o   Good understanding of tax preparation of returns
o   Preparation of federal income tax return work papers for partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations
o   Experience with different tax software and  accounting software
