Job Description - Asset Specialist
Track assets located on the Burbank network via remote desktop.
Transfer and import files into a proprietary online file tracking, storage and delivery system known as DL3.
Manage, track, and maintain a log of assets migrated.
Enter and update information available on the BOMs/disc specs onto DL3.
Retrieve file attributes and update metadata in DL3.
Analyze, check, and if necessary preview the transferred assets to ensure file integrity.
Notify the respective business units in case of faulty assets and follow up as necessary.
Manage space and archive assets.
Back up projects/elements and maintain an asset inventory.
Send daily updates to track progress.
Mode of interview : Written test includes Grammar Test, Technical Test.
