Customer acquisition and revenue growth from rural and new rollout markets.
Loyalty and profitability of distributors on high stock norms and market servicing.
Retailer loyalty and share of business from each outlet.
Adhering to statutory norms without compromising on market share.
Maintain team productivity and engagement at highest possible levels
Achievement of Recharge Revenue target
Customer acquisition and market share growth
Growth in gross addition share as per market potential
New Town Performance and low utilization sites
Ensure Retailer and distributor claims are settled on time.
Ensure 100% documentation by distributor through proper tracking and collection within TAT.
Help team members to analysis & use data for higher productivity.
Market working as per CSS norms and with each member of the team.
