Position: IT/Sr. IT Recruiter (Only for Domestic Process - Permanent Staffing)
Experience:6 months to 3 Years
Responsibilities:
IT Recruiter / Sr.Recruiter / Consultant Recruitment -Domestic IT recruitment - Only Permanent positions
Responsible for full cycle recruiting process
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Out-of-the Box thinking to excite the Candidates with Clients Requirement.
Should be willing to acquire different recruiting methods and ready to accept new challenges with a positive attitude.
Most importantly the personal characteristics should match our, Enthusiasm, Creativity, Team spirit, Culture, Open mindedness.
Desired Skills and Experience
Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
Self motivated with good time management skill.
Should be self-motivated, dedicated and work with minimum supervision.
Strong internet and computer literacy skills
Should be able to deliver and work with challenges in the market.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of clients and candidates
