Day : 10 AM to 7 PM
Night : 9 PM to 6 AM

Desired Candidates Profile:

Good command over English Language both verbal & written.
Should be Graduate - Technical or Management background preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS word, MS office.
Knowledge of using office standards.
Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills.
Most importantly Convincing Skills with Innovative ideas

Job Description:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate for Job Posting.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screening candidate’s resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work’.
